Refund Policy

Refund eligibility follows the cancellation policy displayed on each event page at the time of booking — for example, a full refund up to 48 hours before the event starts. Where stated on the event page, platform fees may be non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

If an organizer cancels an event, every booking is refunded in full — including all fees — automatically, with no action needed from you. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

If an event's date, venue, or material content changes significantly after you book, you will be notified and offered the choice to keep your booking or receive a full refund.

If money was deducted but your booking did not confirm, the amount is auto-reversed by your bank, typically within 5–7 working days. Verified duplicate charges for the same booking are refunded in full.

Eligible cancellations can be made from your Account page. For anything else — including delays beyond the stated timelines — raise a request via the Support page with your order number, and our team will investigate and respond.
