Terms of Service
1. Introduction
MakeMySquad is an events discovery and ticketing platform operated by Zettaura Innovations Private Limited ("Zettaura", "we", "us"), connecting event organizers with attendees in Coimbatore, India. By creating an account, browsing events, or booking a ticket, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to book tickets. Accounts are created with phone-number verification via WhatsApp one-time codes. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your device and number secure. One account per person; impersonation, fraud, or abuse leads to suspension or termination.
3. Booking & Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator. Ticket prices are set by organizers; MakeMySquad charges a platform fee shown transparently at checkout before you pay. A booking is confirmed only when payment is verified, at which point your tickets and receipt are issued. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Tickets & Entry
Tickets are personal, QR-coded entry passes tied to your account. Each QR code is cryptographically signed and valid for a single check-in. Tickets may not be resold, duplicated, or transferred except through a mechanism the platform explicitly provides. Organizers may deny entry where a ticket has already been used, is invalid, or was obtained in violation of these terms.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Each event displays its cancellation window and refund terms before purchase. If an organizer cancels an event, all bookings are refunded in full automatically to the original payment method. Full details are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Organizer Obligations
Organizers must deliver events as described in their listing, hold all licenses and permissions required by law and by their venue, comply with safety regulations, and honor the refund policy published on their event page. Settlements are processed to verified bank accounts after events complete. Zettaura may withhold settlement or remove listings where fraud, misrepresentation, or legal risk is suspected.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform to engage in unlawful activity; scrape, probe, or disrupt the service; circumvent ticket limits or entry controls; upload malicious content; harass other users or organizers; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We may suspend accounts and cancel bookings involved in such conduct.
8. Platform Role & Liability
MakeMySquad is a marketplace: events are organized and delivered by independent organizers, who are responsible for their content, conduct, and event delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zettaura's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by message before they take effect, and the "Updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction. For questions or disputes, contact our support team first via the Support page — most issues are resolved there.
