Where are my tickets?
Your tickets live under My Account → Bookings, with the QR code needed at entry. You'll get an in-app notification the moment a booking confirms, plus a WhatsApp message where available.
How do refunds work?
You can cancel a booking until 24 hours before the event starts for a full automatic refund. If an organizer cancels the event, every booking is refunded in full automatically — refunds typically settle in 5–7 working days.
Payment deducted but no booking?
If money left your account for an order that didn't confirm, it is refunded automatically. Bank reversals typically take 5–7 working days; if a deduction persists beyond that, raise a ticket with your order number below.
How do I host an event?
Create an account, apply as an organizer (takes 2 minutes), and once approved you can publish your first event. Approval usually happens within 24 hours.
