Once payment confirms, your tickets are issued immediately. Open My account → Bookings to see the order, each ticket number (MMS-T-…), and the QR code the door will scan.
You also receive an in-app notification when the booking confirms, plus a WhatsApp message where WhatsApp delivery is available.
Tickets are personal and single-use. They cannot be resold or duplicated. If the QR has already been scanned, the door will not accept it again.
Keep the order number (MMS-…) handy if you write to the team — it is the fastest way to locate the booking.
