If money left your account for an order that did not confirm, it is refunded automatically. That is a payment-aggregator reversal, not a MakeMySquad wallet.
Bank reversals typically take 5–7 working days. Check My account → Bookings first — a confirmed order will already show tickets.
If a deduction persists beyond that window, contact the team with the order number, the last four digits of the payment instrument, and the approximate time of the charge.
Do not pay a second time for the same night until the first attempt has either confirmed or reversed.
