You can cancel a booking until 24 hours before the event starts for a full automatic refund to the original payment method.
If an organizer cancels the event, every booking is refunded in full automatically. You do not need to raise a ticket for that case.
Bank reversals typically settle in 5–7 working days. The Refund Policy on this site is part of the Terms of Service.
Each event may also show extra cancellation terms before purchase. Those terms apply in addition to the platform default above.
