Choose an experience and join an open squad, start one, or accept an invite. Small-squad members can chat and plan together before buying tickets.
Each person books their own seat. Joining a squad is not a ticket. If you have a temporary seat hold, its deadline appears in your squad; a reserved seat is selected when you book.
You can belong to one active forming squad per experience. Find it under My account → Squads, and open the conversation under Chats.
The Everyone going room is separate from your small squad. It connects confirmed attendees with the host after booking.
Sending is available while the chat is open. Access also depends on your membership; joining a chat does not confirm a booking.
Do not share payment details or ticket QR codes in chat. Report or block anyone who makes you uncomfortable — hidden messages are reviewed by the platform team.
